In his position at IBM, Henry was responsible for the company’s critical situation and complaint management worldwide, which required him to utilize high-level crisis management skills to resolve significant problems by working closely with the affected individuals. That experience and the skills he developed at IBM significantly amplify his ability to quell high-conflict issues through negotiation.
